  • Step 1: Phone Consultation

    Call me for a free 10 -15 minute phone consultation to help determine if I could be a good therapist for you or your child. We will discuss your goals, what you are looking for in a therapist, and desired session time and frequency.

  • Step 2: Intake questionnaires and forms

    Complete intake questionnaires and forms prior to your first appointment. You can also plan to arrive early to complete the forms at my office if you prefer.

  • Step 3: Intake appointment

    Our first appointment is an intake appointment, where we discuss your history, current struggles, and strengths. The main purpose of the intake is to determine therapy goals and treatment plan.

Fees and Insurance

I do not accept insurance at this time. I can provide you a super bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Some insurance companies will also accept single case agreements. I recommend you call your insurance company and ask about reimbursements and single case agreements.

My fees range depending on the presenting problems and needs of the individual and family. I offer a sliding scale fee to help those in need. We can discuss fees in our initial phone call.
